What we process and why
When you contact us, we process the contact details, organisation and message content you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible cooperation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries and relationships. Where you personally request steps towards a contract, processing may also be necessary to take those steps.
Website and technical data
This website has no contact form, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts and images are served with the website. The site itself does not set cookies or use browser storage. Hosting and security services may process technical request data, such as IP address, requested page, time and browser information, to deliver the site and prevent misuse. This serves our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting and network security; Zoho Mail provides email. These providers may process data on our behalf. Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Applicable contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required, govern international processing. See Cloudflare’s data processing addendum and Zoho’s privacy information for provider details. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship and handle related obligations or claims. Unnecessary information is deleted. Technical data is retained according to the hosting and security provider’s applicable retention settings and service terms.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to the contact address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland. We do not use your enquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling.
