Business Building · Leadership · Board
The next stage needs someone to lead it.
VES Advisory develops new business opportunities with owners and leadership teams, taking an active role in building, leading and growing businesses.

Working alongside owners, boards and management, the focus is on making clear decisions and putting them into practice.
Typical situations
New business
A promising technology, product or investment could become a business. How do you turn that opportunity into something commercially viable?
The next stage of growth
Growth brings new opportunities, but also questions about priorities, profitability and whether the organisation is ready for the next stage.
A new market
Entering a new market is on the agenda. Where do you start, who do you work with and how do you get the business established?
When the board faces a major decision
The board or owners face an important decision on growth, investment or direction. How do you weigh the options and assess what it will take to deliver?
When experienced leadership is needed now
A leadership change or demanding period calls for swift action. Who takes responsibility and keeps the business moving?
It all has to work together
A clear direction means little unless decisions lead to action.

Ways to work together
Business Building & Execution
Building new businesses, entering markets and laying the foundations for growth.
Commercial choices, organisation and delivery are brought together to turn an opportunity into a working business.
Executive Leadership
Direct responsibility for business performance, people and delivery.
The scope and duration of leadership depend on the business, from establishing a new operation to leading through change.
Board Roles & Strategic Decisions
Board responsibilities and selected mandates alongside owners and boards.
Practical commercial and operational experience informs decisions on growth, investment and business renewal.
The starting point is the business challenge, not a standard service package. Work may begin with a focused, high-impact mandate and extend into delivery or direct leadership where needed.
